Dynamic Sports Medicine is a sports chiropractic group operating across 13 Texas locations, serving athletes and active patients focused on recovery and peak performance. With a strong clinical reputation built location by location, the challenge was translating that credibility into a digital presence capable of competing with established regional players on search.
The project went beyond a visual refresh. It was a full SEO-driven redesign: architecture built around search intent, content structured to rank, and a design language that communicated authority the moment a potential patient landed on the page.
Visual Direction
The color palette was a deliberate choice. Black and red communicates intensity, focus, and professionalism without borrowing the clinical sterility of a typical medical site. For athletes and performance-oriented patients, that distinction matters. The site needed to feel like a place that takes recovery as seriously as training.
Competitor research shaped the visual decisions at every level. Other sports medicine and chiropractic sites in Texas were studied to understand what was working in the space and what could be improved. High-performing structural elements were reengineered and refined, keeping what converts while elevating the overall quality of the presentation.
The result is a site that holds its own against the biggest names in the Texas market while feeling distinctly built for the DSM brand.
SEO Strategy
Organic search was the primary growth lever for DSM. With 13 Texas locations competing in markets where established chiropractic groups had years of domain authority, the site architecture had to work as hard as the design.
Internal linking was built into every page, creating a web of connections that signals topical depth to search engines and guides patients deeper into the site. Service pages, location pages, and condition-specific content were structured to capture different layers of search intent, from broad queries like "sports chiropractor Texas" to specific conditions and treatments.
A regularly updated blog was integrated as a long-term traffic driver. Each post was written and structured to target search queries, build credibility with prospective patients, and give Google a consistent signal that the site is active and authoritative. Descriptive, specific language was used throughout to reinforce expertise and outrank competitors leaning on generic medical copy.
Site Architecture
Internal pages were designed with the same care as the homepage. Service-specific landing pages give search engines clear topical signals while giving patients the specific information they are actually looking for. Each page links deliberately to others, spreading authority across the site and reducing dead ends that cause patients to bounce.
The depth of content across the site was also designed to build trust. Patients comparing chiropractic providers in a competitive Texas market make quick judgments based on how a site reads. Confident, specific copy reinforced by a professional design makes that first impression count.
